Utilization of calmodulin-binding peptides that bind to midkine!

We would like to introduce the research and development of a cancer screening test kit. "Calmodulin Binding Peptide (CBP)" can be applied as a peptide aptamer for detecting Midkine (MK) in screening test kits. Since it does not bind to similar epitopes, which is a challenge with antibodies, it has high specificity. Supporting fertility with safe bile acids [Shinshu University Faculty of Agriculture]

Explanation of ovulation promotion effects, active oxygen suppression effects, and improvement of fertilized egg development rates!

We will introduce the application of FXR modulation in the femtech field. After extracting and finely slicing the ovaries of mice, artificial bile acids were added and cultured. As a result of comparing the follicle development status, we discovered that bile acids (FXR modulators) promote follicle development through FXR regulation. Additionally, in an experiment involving the oral intake of natural bile acids in mice, we found three actions that contribute to an increase in pregnancy rates.
